BOHOL SANDUGO TRADE EXPO 2018 - THE BEST OF THE ISLANDS
Bohol celebrates the annual historical SANDUGO FESTIVAL and it takes in the month of July. This event honors the friendship / Blood Compact between the Boholano Chieftain Datu Sikatuna and the Spanish explorer Miguel Lopez de Legaspi, leading to close association with Spain. This happened on March 16, 1565.
In relation to this event, Bohol also has the Sandugo Trade Expo. This is an annual Marketing event which is the Local Product would be spotted and his year the theme is "The Best of the Islands" organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
One of the exhibitors who join the event is the K x S "Kape & Sikwate" Pop-up Coffee Shop which I have visited and it is from our beloved town of Bohol. When I was there, I am thinking that we should Support Local because there are lots of good products that are made locally.
The collaboration of different coffee shop owners of Bohol/Boholano Young Entrepreneurs namely Estrella Bakery- Bohol, Ginto Luxury Chocolates, Freds Book Cafe, Rigotti Coffee, Tamper Coffee & Brunch, Adelaida Restaurant of Belian Hotel and Passiflora CAFE were good to have this "Kape & Sikwate".
